Shipping

We offer free shipping on all our products.
During the work week all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Standard Shipping 3-10 business days after your order is processed. Customizable items may take longer depending on production volume.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please check out the specific delivery times for customizable products.

Yes, all US orders are eligible for free shipping. Please note that we currently do not ship internationally. Tax is not included in the order total.

To reduce the environmental impact, we may ship some of our products directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, depending on the items you have ordered, there is a chance your order may arrive in two or more boxes, and on separate dates. If your items ship from different locations, you will be sent a tracking number for each separate shipment.

Returns

Items returned within 14 days of their original delivery date in same as new condition will be eligible for a refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Express Check Out: Shop Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay. 

Installment Payments with ShopPay: Select installments during your ShopPay checkout to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments every 2 weeks.

We also offer a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.

If you ever checked out from a Shopify store (same technical platform as ours) before, there is a tiny checkbox asking if you want to save your credit card info and phone number with ShopPay for the future. It almost looks like a signup for a newsletter. And any store running Shopify which has ShopPay enabled, then automatically has the credit card information filled in.
