Holiday Shipping
Order by 12/15 to ensure your order is delivered before Christmas!

Shipment processing time
During the work week all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all US orders with no order minimum.
Standard Shipping 3-10 business days after your order is processed. Customizable items may take longer depending on production volume. 
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Damages
Ecofied Home will replace any products damaged. If you received your order damaged or lost during shipping, please first contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials of damaged orders and damaged goods before filing a claim.
